Refund and Returns Policy
ShreekratiKrafts honors the artistry in every Jaipuri quilt and hand-printed bedsheet, but we get it , sometimes things don’t match your vision. Our refunds prioritize your satisfaction while respecting our artisans’ handiwork. Read on for clear, fair guidelines.
Eligible for Refund
- Damaged/Defective: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Full refund or replacement for issues like printing flaws (rare, but we inspect rigorously).
- Wrong Item: Our error? Full refund + return shipping.
- Change of Mind: 7-day window from delivery for unused items in original packaging. You cover return shipping (₹100-200 flat fee deduction). Not applicable to custom orders or hygiene items like pillow covers (used risk).
Non-Refundable
- Normal wear, color mismatches due to screen settings (hand-printed fabrics vary naturally).
- Future expansions like dohars/quilts follow the same rules.
